Bought a couple of Trioving bump keys from another site some time ago. On the bump keys I already owned the shoulders was filed down so the key can go a little bit further but on my new keys the shoulders is intact! Could this be a problem?

I cant get the new keys to work, but this could off course be a problem with my technique or the lock...

For using minimal movement method I recommend you to file the shoulder. But if you user pull out method you may not, that's what I do normally.
