1. Can a bump key open up a stanley best access lock? (the handle one)
2. Can a bump key open up a master lock?
3. Now i know it says that a bump key can open any door. But do i need a key that is simmilar to what the original key looks like for it to work?
4. Can i just buy a bump key at Ace Hardware, Home depot, or a locksmith and not get in trouble?

you can just about open any door but you have to have the right blank to fit in the lock .
yes there are master padlock bump keys out there.as for the stanley as long as you have the proper blank it should open. just remember 5 or 6 pin and they have to be set at #9

Yes you can open any lock with the help of bump key, master lock can also be bumped, you need the key to be fit inside the key-way of the lock which is different in all the lock, to buy bump key you need to consult law related to that in your area.
