Ok im interested in bumping and makeing my own key, i think im pretty sure how to make the key, but ill never know untill i try it.
I dont really care about house locks and stuff, just padlocks and stuff i can practice with at the moment, thing is, the padlocks i have are Lockwood padlocks. Would bumping work for these?
Also, does the Key have to fit in the 1st place, but not turn the barrel? Or can it be any Lockwood key that is around the same size, but wont actually fit the lock untill filed down?

wow.... dude you cant do any thing unless you know the lock and how it works and what you are trying to do... take a part a lock and find out how it works then get back to us.. and no the key must fit for it to be a bump key unless you do some ungodly filing. :P

As said above you need to try that first and then you will know what to ask. Actually its like going inside pool to try swimming.
