I have an electronic organ that uses an ACE Barrel key to turn it on and off. I am willing to pay up to $100 to have a replacement key for it, which would be much more preferrable than tearing out the key and replacing it with a toggle switch.

Can someone tell me what model of ACE key this is, and what they would recommend as to finding or making a replacement key?

DIMENSIONS:
10mm OD
10mm ID
4mm length of "key ridge" (including within and outside circle)
1.5mm width of "key ridge"

For $100, a locksmith can come out and do the job on the spot. You need a special tool to measure the pin depths while picking it, and then you translate those measurements to specifications for a new key. ACE keys can not easily be made by hand.

With all this stacked against you, the locksmith is your best bet.

I also suggest you to go for any local locksmith. It will be easier than ordering or asking in any website. Try for any reputed locksmith in your area because they have all the relevant product that you are seeking for.
