You can't. Filing cabinet is likely a wafer lock and if you bump it, you'll destroy it.

Yeah typically Those locks aren't pin and tumbler locks, mostly wafers. they are an easy pick though.

Once again, filing cabinets, desks, etc. are all wafer locks.

P.O. boxes are not standardized, so they may be possible to bump, but this is invariably a federal crime.
