I can't decide on whether to order the 11-key set, or the 18-key set. My intentions are to pretty much use the keys as hobby and open many locks that I encounter, I think it'll be pretty fun, especially since there are many abandoned places near my area that are "locked". Well, I won't be using the keys on EVERY lock, but on quite a few, I suppose. Is the 18-key set really necessary, or will the 11-key set suffice? Opinions?

- one more thing, how are these keys supposed to be carried around? Are they as bulky as janitor keys?

It mainly depends on what typical locks your going to encounter to unlock, defiance, kwikset, shlage ect, but the 18 key package is for alot of locks so it looks like the best bet.

even the 5 key set will open a lot of locks. But for a beginner go for the 11 set you can't go wrong with it.

A lot of the locks I come across are "Sargent" and "Yale", does this change anything?

I found two sargent keys, however I'm not sure I should trust the site. Does anyone know anything about this site?

Here are the links to the sargent keys I found:

http://www.bump-j.co...rgentS6-22.html

http://www.bump-j.co...SargentS31.html

-and no, I am in NO way trying to advertise the website, I would really like to know about it, so that I can order these two keys seperately. Thanks for all the responses.

no, you can bump the yale with the yale 5 pin, and you'll need a Sargent bump key for the Sargent.
