Whats wrong withs these KW1 keys?

Looks like the cuts are not deep enough. The spacing is probably within tolerance.
Bump it to the next level.

I seen the cut depths chart, but im not i understand how deep to go. I even went as far to take the lock apart on my front door to try and get the correct gap-ping.

The correct spacing would be on the original key. Just file straight down from the original cuts. The peaks should be positioned in the same vertical line as the original key also. A key like yours should be filed down to the top of the milling in the bottom key in your picture.
Bump it to the next level.

Well i did some slight mods to this one and it finally works on more than one lock.

Feather like tension is a good practice.

I agree with BLK. Bring down the grooves a bit.
