As we've always done, we're keeping y'all updated as to what's going on over here at bumpkey.us. Just wish this report was better. :oops:

We're creating quite a few keys each day and yet we simply can not keep up with demand.

From the time an order is placed to the actual shipment, we're looking at about a week delay. This is, by FAR the longest delay that we've ever experienced and is something we're not proud of. Along with the heavy order volume, we've also experienced a few 'hick-ups' here... mainly to do with our suppliers change in their shipping policy.

We keep receiving a HUGE amount of e-mails each day... we will continue to reply to each one in the order they come in.

All things aside, we're working extra long shifts to ensure that orders are sent out ASAP.
