FEBRUARY UPDATES

After a VERY, VERY busy\hectic month, the time has come to add a few more keys and services to our site at www.bumpkey.us . Here's what we have lined up:

About 11 new keys including the SC19 (equivalent of the SC20 but 5 pin), M10, American Padlock Key (AM3, if I'm not mistaken), the BEST BE2 key and slew of other keys. If you've got a suggestion for a key you'd like to see us offer, post it here!

Not to make it sound like an advertisement, but, Our new and innovating service revolutionize the bump key industry... It should hopefully make bumping ALOT more efficient when you encounter a lock pinned to a '9' depth.... That's all I'll say about that now - more on that later.

You can expect to see the new keys up on the front page in about a weeks time. We've got all the new keys in stock - there's just a few more loose ends to finish up on.

We'll keep y'all updated as to what's going on with our new keys and the new service we're going to be offering.

We've added the lock bumping lubricant to our product line up . The exact URL to the product is: http://www.bumpkey.u...icant-p-44.html

More details on the product that aren't currently listed:
comes in a re close able (screw top) tube
Contains 6 grams of powder lubricant.
Small, easy to store container.

We've also added a few more workers to keep up with demand. We should now have better response times on e-mails as well as live chat (link for live chat available on main site at bumpkey.us )

We've got about 11 new keys that we will start to offer shortly. We don't want to offer any more keys if we can't keep up with the e-mails \ live chat \ board \ current orders... etc...

Current situations:

1) Shipping Delays
2) E-mail Delays
3) New products
4) Order Processing

1- We've implemented a new shipping system that seems to be saving us gobs of time. If this works as planned, we'll have labels printed and packaged in no time flat. The only down side is that customers will NO LONGER receive shipping notices from PayPal when an order is 'complete'. Instead, the tracking info will be included in the notification that comes from our site, BumpKey.US.

2- E-mail... sigh... Shipping and customer e-mails go hand-in-hand. If there is delayed shipping, customers want to know whats up (which we completely understand). Since we've been getting alot more e-mail lately it's been taking us alot longer to sort thru.
A while back we experimented with a support help desk... we've since found that our original solution just didn't cut it, so we went ahead and upgraded YET AGAIN. You should now find it's easier than ever to communicate with us via e-mail.

3- We still have an additional 11 products we plan on introducing - date has been pushed back until middle of March.

4- We've been experimenting with Google Check Out (GCO) and a few other payment processors to see if they would be viable solutions for our site. Our first impression... YES.. adding additional payment options for the customer is definitely feasible
