KW1 + KW10

Just recieved an 11 pcs set...
the KW1 + Kw10 are cut so poorly that the peaks are nearly flat.

I will post pictures later tonight.

also, do you guys not believe in de-burring... i mean really it's just a run on the wheel...

ya so you have to take a small amount of time to make sure the filings are off.... but have you tried the key? i have the kw1 from here that i thought looked a little funny like your saying, put it in my lock and hit it, it popped right open

Sounds like a perfect KW1 and KW10 to me. Very low peaks. Works like a charm.
Bump it to the next level.

I agree with BLK. Kwiksets work best with very small peaks.

And if you're dissatisfied with the quality of their keys here, I'd be happy to sell you a shiny, polished bump key that doesn't work at all? :wink:

i got those two keys also, and i thought they looked a little wierd at first too. but i tried them out and they worked perfectly so no worries about the tiny bumps.

are you using them on a kwikset lock?
