How do I know if my order shipped, the order management does not work and no email is sent confirming shipping. Thanks..............drummond

We're still working on a solution to view Version 1 orders (from the old software) but right now it's not looking good.
I can tell you, though, that your order has been processed and is going out for shipment tomorrow.

In the future it is advised to contact us directly as occasionally may require name \ e-mail address and it's not best to post such details to the forum.

It's simply for your own protection \ convenience as we may need further details and then we'd still have to use e-mail anyhow. :wink:
