I will make it a mission to avoid junk food as much as I can. Maybe I will have a cheat day every two weeks or so, but I really needto stop eating junk food and drinking sodas. Anyone else going on a more nutritious diet?

Cutting down on junkfood

It will be hard at first but eventually you'll get used to it. So it is good to cut it down slowly. It will be good to replace those cravings for junk food with fruits. You'll not only enjoy its taste you will also enjoy its benefit in our body. Cheers to good health! :-)
