Cutting down on junkfood

I will make it a mission to avoid junk food as much as I can. Maybe I will have a cheat day every two weeks or so, but I really needto stop eating junk food and drinking sodas. Anyone else going on a more nutritious diet?

I am not just cutting down on junk food. I also am cutting down on sugar and carbs. Im too busy to do everyday work out but I try to at least twice or three times a week even for like about 30 mins each time.

Well, it's hard to resist junk food nowadays but everyone should try at their part to minimize it's consumption

It will be hard at first but eventually you'll get used to it. So it is good to cut it down slowly. It will be good to replace those cravings for junk food with fruits. You'll not only enjoy its taste you will also enjoy its benefit in our body. Cheers to good health! :-)
