it only says you are spamming under your name because you have under a certain number of posts... once u hit like around 5 or 10 it changes.. and it continues to change with more posts u put up.. -___-

Please don't take it personally!! We've had people that simply just post a few posts (SPAM) and then leave. It's automated and as Akina1021 stated once you hit 5 posts it will change. :D
The link you provided was also very helpful \ informative... thanks we'll be sure to add this to our FAQ as it should be beneficial to more users.

I think every lock can be either bumped or picked, If lock is bump proof then it can be picked with lock-pick tools.
