FATAL CRASH IS CAUSING DELAY

We recently lost a hard drive in our RAID array. We are working to rebuild the data but its taking a _VERY_ long time. We will notify all customers VIA e-mail as to the current status.

Sorry for the delay... we are working as diligently as possible to rebuild the data and get the orders out the door!

Thank god it was raid though....

I've considered jumping to raid drivers for that exact reason
