The Cards can pull some amazing last game/last inning/last minute stuff. I am not a baseball fan but I do derive too much pleasure making fun of Cubs fans.

Too bad it'll do nothing for them when they go up against the Tigers.

I had the opprotunity to get a single ticket to game 2, and game 6, but I opted out of it, simply because it was singles

I recall someone said something like"the Cards can pull out some stuff" or something like that.

Cards 7
Tigers 2

at the Tigers' home field. What was this? Luck? Cards PO'ed about interviews that some very cocky Tigers gave to the national media? Cards doing what they do? Who knows? Who cares? I sure don't. I don't even like baseball, that much, except when someone absolutely knows that their team is going to win, no doubt, no questions ask, it's in the cards--wait, the Cards won, it was in the Cards. HA!!!

Really, I don't give a flyin' rip about baseball, but it is fun to poke fun. Probably the Series will end 4-1 Tigers.

I did enjoy how quiet the crowd was after the 3rd inning.

After cleaning all my guns, picks, files and the supper dishes, I watched a really good baseball game with my wife of almost 30 years. Even she thought it was a good game and she knows very little about any sport.

So, what is it with the Tigers? Has something major changed since the penant race? Both games they have lost have been because of really odd errors. Have they taken a break from the basics or just a vacation from baseball?

They are just like that. They dominated the first half of the regular season, and sucked the second half.

I have no idea what is wrong with them, I hope they recover though

Probably the Series will end 4-1 Tigers.

WOW did I say that? Talk about bassackwards.....

The games I watched were all lost by errors that the Cards took advantage of. And, yes, the Cards made errors too but the Tigers really never capitalized on any of them.

Oh no! I am starting to sound like a baseball fan. I need therapy or something..... :o
